Do you have to buy Wii Fit with the balance board, or can you just purchase the balance board?

The reason I ask is because my son wants The Shawn White snowboarding game for the Wii, which requires the balance board. We don’t have Wii Fit, so I was wondering if you had to have Wii fit inorder to get Shawn White Snowboarding.Thanks!
i am not sure ihave not seen it without the wii fit game. thought it was more so you are paying for the board and get the fit game with it. dont quote me though they may sell it without the wii fit game.
also shawn white i thought you could still use the remote and nunchuch with it. i thought the board was a option to have to make it funner to play. kinda like mario kart you can use the wheel if you want to. or use the remote sideways without puting in a wheel or use the classic controler or use the remote with nunchuch. i thought it was the same thing with the skate game. again dont know. just thought i read you could use either or. thought the board was just an option to have.
Yes, you can.
Just call your local game retailer and ask if they have the balance board separate from the game. Most do.

You will need the balance board to play and the balance board is only sold with a copy of Wii Fit – you buy the game and get the board free. They’re selling like hotcakes but you can pick one up on ebay- in fact I saw one listed today for $22.50- I’ve included the link for you below.
