Does Mario Kart Wii come with 4 steering wheels to hook up to the Wii remote?

hi I am buying mario kart wii the day it comes out and was medications without a prescription wondering if mario kart wii came with all 4 steering wheels shown on the video or if I have to buy them seperately…..THANKS!
