How do I connect with someone in a diff location, via Wii Fit, so we can exercise together @ the same time?

A online prescription friend and I have been wanting to exercise at the same time using Wii Fit. She lives about 10-12 miles away.

Is it possible to work out together from different locations using Wii Fit? (Are there any interactive abilities similar to Second Life for example?)
