It does have a bunch of little scratches on it, but none of them are deep enough to remove the paint. also you cant see them unless ur really close to it. it has about 5 to 6 games, 3 controllers, 1 nun-chuck, 1 gamecube memory card, all power and video cords that came with prescription drugs without a prescription online it in the box, and it is fully functional.
