I gotta question. I beat 8 regular ghosts and got 8 messages saying that a fast staff ghost appeared. And yes I counted but i started after i got funky kong. so is fast staff ghost same thing as expert ghost because I still don’t have baby luigi!
what is retro cup and wii cup?

I disagree. I beat a track only 4 seconds faster than the regular ghost, but i unlocked the staff ghost.

nope US version. Dude trust me it 4 and above i have the Mario Kart Wii stradegy book its 4 and up.
well if u got the UK version it must be 4 but for me its seven
well its four for me so…where ever you heard seven is wrong.

ok did u finish seven seconds or more before the ghost?
you have to beat the staff ghost by four seconds. if you have done that it will say a fast staff ghost has appeared. or your game is jacked up.
