I received the Wii fit for Christmas and having been using it since. At one point it comes up with little tips about the Wii fit and how you can use it , and one tip says you can record exercise minutes done outside of the Wii.
I work out on a daily basis and would like to record these minutes but can’t figure out where you go to do this.

Hi, I would like to just slim down in around a week. I’m 12 turning 13 soon.
I have a Wii Fit and an exercise ball, and I would like the best exercises on Wii Fit and some cool workouts on the exercise ball.

I already have the wii and so does she but I don’t want to buy the wii fit unless me and her can use it together.
So if this is possible, please tell me how you connect your wii with someone else.
