If you lived in Japan and had a Famicom with the Disk System peripheral, this was the version of shop drugs SMB2 that you could play. Outside of Japan, the rest of the world got a reworked version of Doki Doki Panic. This game is the ultimate challenge if you’ve mastered the original SMB.
