Does anyone have any idea how well Nintendo Wiis hold up? Has anyone had one for a while or talked to anyone who has had one for a while and if so then how does Nintendo Wii perform over a long period of time? I’m asking because I’m trying to decide if I want to buy the insurrance/warranty.

I am planning to head on a week and a half vacation where I cannot afford to take my Wii Fit with me. I know when you are gone for any period of time, the Wii Fit does not take it lightly. I do not want to affect my score. Is there anyway I can let the Wii Fit know I will be gone?
