I have had wii fit plus now for a while now but do you no what exercises on there that i can do to lose weight fast

Lunch:Brown bread cucumber sandwich light mayo
Dinner: Salmon with homemade mash potato, and leaf salad with a glass of water
Snacks: Nuts,fruits
Also you should do more excerise than just the wii fit, some football,some jogging,healthy eating,and the wiifit.
