wait wen u buy the wii is the wii fit separate or it comes wit it czn some 1 plez answer thus qeustion cuz i relly want one
looks like this US family got an import version of the wii and can understand chinese!!
Then I’d add a interactive mat to the Wii & add a more routines (that one song gets really OLD) & a aerobic mat exercise routines to it & keep it fully cardio & keep the Wii Fit board just yoga, & balance. But that is just me as a former yoga enthusiast & runner. You can get much more out of a cardio mat in DDR (i know, I used to have a homemade one that I rigged called Stepmania when my xbox blew up) & I refused to buy another just to play DDR. I was hoping DDR but Hula & runnning ******.
I love mine. It’s better than a yoga instructor imo because it knows the distribution of the weight of the hands in positions like the dog, plank, & could in could in any where it calibrates BMI. If outfitted with ankles bands it would be a better yoga instr. than anything. I’d by it for just that alone coulpled with the strength portion, which is just a continuation of more yoga moves, just move advanced ones along with the balance moves. I’d lose the silly penguin & run crap and add more ski.
Does all the game are at WiiFit disc?

I love Wii fit so much, ever since I threw away my video games its been a bit dull, then wii fit came by and I had so much fun
it doesnt account for muscle and fat, as a result, im almost overweight but a size 8! As a breakdancer, i have a lot of muscle!

I don’t play it much either but maybe it is because I’m lazy. ALso I don’t try to get good at it. It isn’t really one of games you sit for hours playing. If you played it 15-30 mins it would be fun. I do like the idea of gameplay in Wii Fit. Also you get to use the balance board for Punch Out
trust me i only played it for 1 week and got bored
