i find traditional ways pretty fun, and youd get results way faster i imagine. i hear they release a feel good chemicals in your brain too. but hey everyones got their own oppinion
Not really. This is fun and at the same time it’s exercise. Traditional ways are all boring. I prefer this

I love wii fit and i’m exellent at ski jump & lunge and also the free joging - that’s hard =) =D Recomended to people who don’t have this and are a little over if it’s rainy outside you can do it in your own home it’s cool even 4 most 13 & 14 year old’s =D
doesnt it come with all of the games? skiing, jogging etc.?
pretty ***…tradition ways of exercising would be way better than this

do you need the balance board for this?
i dont think it works all that well and if people dont feel good about themselves they should get some more self3esteem god love all and thats all that matters. this thing barely works
